Medical students John Cannon, Navi Khatkar, Andrew Brunt and Keegan Idler in UCC yest. for Blue September. The event was held by a Graduate Entry Medicine class who intend to get as many of their fellow students to wear their lab coats and paint their faces blue in aid of Blue September. Blue September is part of an international campaign that flags that men are more likely to develop and die of cancer than women and that men are less likely to discuss their personal health concerns with family, friends or their GP.
