The 6th annual Eddie Hennessy Memorial Road Race took place over a distance of 6 kilometres at Little Island on Sunday 8th February 2015. Sponsored by Janssen and organised in conjunction with Cork Business House Athletic Association, all proceeds from the race will be donated to Marymount Hospice. A record 440 competitors took part in this year's event. Kyran Johnson and Denise Cremin of Janssen Pharmaceutical, Valerie Cogan of Marymount Hospice, Maura Hennessy, Mark Murphy and Mary Kingston with (front) Aubrey, Padraig and Luke Hennessy at Little Island Community Centre.
