The Collins family opened their first small store in the town in 1856 and since then have grown the business to the 30,000 square foot store that employs over 150 people locally today. This past Valentine's weekend marked the start of the celebration where in store promotions were highlighted by a special in store walk through by the Cobh Animation Team who paraded in their finest 1856 lace and period costumes.
