Booked, Greg Osbourne, I Speak English Graphic Design and Kevin O'Mahony, NIMBUS at the first ever Service Design Master Class in Cork in the CIT Wandesford Quay Gallery In conjunction with Irish Design.
As part of one of the design challenges participants split into groups and explored all aspects of Coffee retail.
The event that provided participants with the tools to understand their current “customer” journeys and redesign those customer experiences in order to deliver a positive outcome every time.
