THE congregation of St Mary's Church on Pope's Quay along with the people of Cork were invited to a special open day at the church as part of the historic church's restoration project. Fr Gerard Dunne, Prior of the Dominican Community in Cork, hosted the open day and garden party as part of the 175th celebrations of the foundation. Entertainment provided by the Band of the 1st Brigade from Collins Barracks with a surprise performance from Majella Cullagh.
