Cobh Triathlon on Saturday 8th August 2015;

Two course distances available 1) Olympic course of 1500m swim (from Spike Island), 40km cycle and 10km run, and 2) Sprint course of 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run.
Race competitor exits the water after the 1500m swim (in tough conditions) from Spike Island.
