from Glanworth pictured with Declan Murphy of charity 'just-one' with (duo at rear) Aayman Tamang and Bimal Gurung, from Nepal, who were previously assisted by the charity and are in Ireland as part of a six-week fundraising campaign (their flights were sponsored by Etihad Airways). Bimal is now a social worker and Aayman a mountain bike guide. Tommy will fundraise for the charity when he takes part in the world's highest marathon on 5th October, starting at Everest base camp at 5,364 metres.
