 XXjob 17/09/2015 NEWS Pupil Faye Murray showing medels to Sergeant Denis McGarry, the medels belonged to her great great great grand uncle Michael Dwyer, who received them in 1920s, at National Flag ceremony presentation to pupils of Scoil Chroí íosa, Blarney, County Cork. included are her Dad Darragh Murray and Grandfather Michael Murray,
The pupils will be charged with the care and custody of the National Flag until March 15th 1916, when all schools in the country will raise the flag as part of the 1916 centenary commemorations.
