Minister Simon Coveney cut the ribbon with help from the club's youngest member, 5-month -old Rory Judge Joyceand the club's oldest member Tom O'Riordan. Included are Lord Mayor Cllr Chris O'Leary, public representatives, club officials and Junior rowers.
