The Cork International Choral Festival 2016. 
SING FOR YOUR LIFE! CHOIR (from Hobart,Tasmania, Australia). Choir Director Jane Christie-Johnston and her choir perform on The Grand Parade, Cork prior to their free choral trail performance in Cork City Library on Friday afternoon. Sixty-three of a total of one hundred and twenty choir members made the trip to Cork. A (total) travelling party of approximately eighty travelled 18,000km, over twenty four flight hours, to appear at the Festival. The choir had previously never travelled outside Tasmania, and described the festival as a unique festival for its welcome and involvement of non-competitive choirs.
