Cyclists from Cork City

Garda Cycling Club James O'Reilly, Ger O'Callaghan, Brian Shanahan, Dave Herlihy, Leonard O'Sullivan and David Ward who took part in the cycle from Cork Boat Club to Crosshaven and back, a trip of 60km. Paul McCarthy (RIP) was also a member of the cycling club.
The memorial boat naming ceremony for the Paul 'Sindy' McCarthy 'eight', named in memory of the Cork Boat Club member Paul McCarthy who died last year.
