On Saturday 1st December as part of St. Vincent's H & F Club 75th anniversary events;, the unveiling of a commemorative plaque to celebrate the founding of Cumann Peil agus Iománaíocht Uinsinn Naofa at the site of the former High House Bar (then Giltinan's Tavern) on Blarney Street where the club was founded.
Lord mayor Cllr Mick Finn with Tracey Kennedy, Chairperson, Cork County Board who unveiled the plaque pictured with club officers and relatives of the founding members.
