Cork City Access Programme Graduation

The Cork City Access Programme participants graduate tonight in the Council Chambers City Hall.
Access is an education and training programme specifically designed for 18-26 year olds. Access is funded through a joint venture by the Cork Education and Training Board and the Department of Social Protection and is supported by Cork City Council. There are a number of access courses running throughout Cork City including Mahon, Mayfield and Knocknaheeney. 
 Deputy Lord Mayor Cllr. Mick Nugent will present the participants with their certificates. Over 30% of the Access participants have already secured employment with many more going on to further education and training courses in September.
