Sirius in Cobh presents "Daughters of Eirinn" Sunday September 11th at 7pm.
The daughters in question are all past pupils of St Aloysius College Carrigtohill.....and this is a commemorative tribute to 1916..with this in mind all of the texts and songs have either an Irish Text or composer.

A highlight is the newly commissioned piece by the talented Cliodhna McEnery. It is entitled "Na Mna a Chuimhneanh"....
Aluminata are the Chamber Group who are proudly presenting this evening of Irish favourites...they also welcome home to perform, the Flautist/Oboist Ciara Glasheen Artem...their conductor is Pat Sheehan Corbett.
